Shipping:
We usually ship within 24 hours on a stocked item. If we are out of stock or if the order is a special, we will advise you of the ship date within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
All orders are securely packaged so that your order arrives in perfect condition. For 1 helmet cover we charge a flat $5 for shipping in Australia. For more than that postage will be calculated on weight at 'check out', but as a guide $5 should cover up to 3 lycra covers.
International orders are shipped via Australia Post as per the shipping calculator on the check-out page.
How long will my package take to get to me?
Within Australia
We use Australia Post for shipping, ensuring that your products arrive on time, every time.
Parcel Post – 1-5 working days
Express Post – 1-2 working days
International orders
All international orders are shipped using Australia Post Airmail. Please allow at least 10 working days for delivery.
How much can I expect to pay for shipping?
Australia:
$5.00 flat rate shipping for all domestic orders (for 1 helmet cover)
$10 approx. for silks which are sent express post.
International orders:
Postage is calculated once order is placed, based on weight.
Postal Insurance:
In the event a parcel goes missing in transit, we will first endeavour to find out what happened, but regret we cannot replace lost items, unless you, the customer, specifically requested and paid for postal insurance ($3 extra), which therefore allows tracking and monetary compensation.
What is your Refund & Returns Policy?
Helmethiders has sold many hundreds of helmet covers and silks world wide. We pride ourselves on the excellent feedback and satisfaction of all our customers. We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will either replace, alter or refund your purchase, at our discretion.
